Running...

The more I run the more I love my body.

Not because it's perfect, far from it,

but because with every mile it is proving to me

that I am capable of more than

I ever thought possible.

When feeling overwhelmed by a faraway goal I repeat the following: I have it within me, right now, to get me to where I want to be later.

things I say..

She was like the moon -part of her always hidden away.

Sometimes the path can seem a bit lonely. That's okay. Keep walking anyways.

You cannot always wait for the perfect time. Sometimes you must dare to jump.

Smile..

..light up face with gladness, hide every trace of sadness. Although a tear may be ever so near, that's the time you must keep on trying.. smile what's the use of crying? You'll find that life is still worthwhile- If you just smile.
